“Positives: We got a queen suite, which is actually pretty spacious and clean. Kids enjoyed the pool which was not over chlorinated like many other hotels' indoor pools. Breakfast was not bad at all- eggs, bacon, waffles, cereal.. the usual. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Negatives: The latch lock on the door was broke off, but we just put a chair in front of the door while we slept, so no big deal. Also, our air conditioner leaked water on the floor, which would bother me if it had gotten any of our belongings wet, but it's against the wall so it was not an issue for us. Overall this is a pretty decent place. If we come back this way, we'll definitely try to stay here again.”

“We drove over 8 hrs, arriving a little before midnight. We checked in and within an hours found bugs in the bathroom and started getting itchy ankles. I was grossed out but killed the bugs and started calling other hotels. We finally found one at 2am and checked out. I told the clerk about the bugs and she just said ‘Sorry.’ No refund, even partial. We got to the other hotel and I spent until 3:30am with Agoda trying to get a refund. Days later they told me the hotel would not give me a refund and I should have taken pictures of the bugs in the bathroom. Moral of this story- Don’t stay at this hotel. If you have to, document everything, even when you are exhausted and need sleep, take pictures of the bugs. I’m sure they are still there.”

“I enjoyed my night here, it was quiet and calm. The room was a decent size I had a king bed. The pillows were amazing lol. The breakfast wasn’t much but there are plenty of places within walking distance. They had just implemented a $100 deposit which they said would be refunded in 2 days but it’s taking longer than that. I called them & they said the funds were released but it hadn’t shown so I called my bank who checked on it and said there was a hold on it until the 27th ( I stayed the night of the 21st) so I will wait and see if my deposit shows up by the 28th. ”
