“Got to the hotel and only found out by a small sign (not an employee) that renovations were in progress and the bar/restaurant were closed. Oh well. Next we go to the elevators and a small pilon has another sign that the pool is closed due to a broken pump. Nobody told us during check in and it wasn't listed on the website. Main reason to book there was the pool for my daughter. Room was spacious bur crumbs and a bug in the pull out couch that had no bedding provided was also another issue. I'm sure the hotel would be fine under normal conditions but poor service and no acknowledgement was the main problem. Also the front desk agent just waved her hand at me when I tried to check out and said just leave your keys over there and nothing more.”

“We booked this while enroute. We were pleasantly surprised by size of our room. The 3 of us were very comfortable and slept well. Plenty of pillows and room to move around. Not sure about breakfast options due to getting to it as we were leaving and close to end of the breakfast time frame. Plenty of parking. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely return if we go this way again. ”

“Room was small but clean and perfectly adequate for the purpose of sleeping and taking a shower. Breakfast was simple but scrambled eggs, toast, and coffee is plenty for my needs. Front desk staff were friendly. Only problem was that (apparently) condensation from the air conditioning unit had soaked the carpet around the AC unit. I was tired when I got in, so I just put my suitcase elsewhere and went to sleep, let the desk know in the morning. It didn't really cause me any trouble.”

“We recently drove to Florida from Toronto and knew we wanted to break up the drive. We stopped here to recharge for the night and it was great. The rooms were clean, the parking lot was well lit, the pool was open late for the kids to swim and play, and the included breakfast was perfect to get us going on our drive the next day. Would stay again!”
