We drove over 8 hrs, arriving a little before midnight. We checked in and within an hours found bugs in the bathroom and started getting itchy ankles. I was grossed out but killed the bugs and started calling other hotels. We finally found one at 2am and checked out. I told the clerk about the bugs and she just said ‘Sorry.’ No refund, even partial. We got to the other hotel and I spent until 3:30am with Agoda trying to get a refund. Days later they told me the hotel would not give me a refund and I should have taken pictures of the bugs in the bathroom. Moral of this story- Don’t stay at this hotel. If you have to, document everything, even when you are exhausted and need sleep, take pictures of the bugs. I’m sure they are still there.

Great Value, Helpful Staff
The property offered great value for the money. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient for shopping and exploring the area. The facilities were well-maintained with hot water readily available. The view was not particularly noteworthy, but overall, it was a pleasant stay.

For price hotel was fine. Staff kind enough to put my laundry in their commercial dryer since their dryer for clients’ use was hopeless. One recommendation. Put bleach in your towels so they don’t look gray,,
