“The hotel was very clean. It has been recently updated. The manager and front desk staff were super nice — willing to help in any way. The room was very comfortable and functional. The mattress was good and I got a cozy sleep. The hotel is right off the highway. No complaints. ”

“Overall, everything was fine. My only complaint about the room was that the shower was really dirty, I had to clean it with a wash cloth before using it. They require a $50 cash deposit, which I was unaware of. They have an ATM in the lobby. I went to check out early in the AM and no one was available to return my deposit. I finally left, came back 30 min later and the guy had to rifle through 7 drawers to scrounge up enough cash to return to me. The hotel is a short drive from Jekyll Island and is conveniently close to the freeway. ”

“The 'hotel' is a long term stay facility-therefor not set up as a hotel with amenities such as soap, shampoo, etc. The facility goes under a DIFFERENT NAME than that listed on AGODA or even this rating. The facility had a 8.3 rating and this was about 3.5 or so over actual. Sadly I paid for a Stay Express Inn and Suites, which does NOT exist-instead the facility is under a different name and is not a hotel. I have used Agoda both here in the states, and internationally in Europe-my confidence is entirely shattered.”
