“We stayed for a 6-day trip and the staff is quite helpful for any small favours and requests. The living spaces however did leave some cleaning to be desired but overall it was an enjoyable (and comfortable enough) stay.”

“When I went to check in. There was a lady who appeared at the window in a night gown no bra or underwear. She was barefoot and behaved as if I was bothering her. She told me that they required a cash deposit when I told her that I don’t have any cash she told me to call Agoda and cancel the stay. She didn’t direct to the closest place to get cash or anything. Then she turned and when back in what must be her home. I called Agoda while still at property and they claim to call the property but there was no answer. When I went back to the window the lady never came back. What kind of city allows these type of businesses to run like this. I called Agoda and they are waiting for a reply from the business. How horrible is this! Buena Park has gone down the drain.”

“I've been coming here awhile now. The staff is welcoming and considerate. However, in my opinion these rooms need a good old fadhion scrubbing. The walls and floors are disgustingly filthy. Sometime, I get an iron, but the ironing boards are filthy as well. Desperately needs new covering. However, the beds are quite comfortable. Now, all they need to do is teach the maids how to make a proper bed. The beds are quite heavy causing me to strain my back when making the bed properly. The reason I frequent this place is the management has been quit6 kind and respectful.”

“No roaches, just a few mosquitos. I must say; I like watching the friendly Hoes that are around the area too. But thats just me. ”

“So you get what you pay for really. The area is a little shady and the owners are intrusive. We left the do not disturb sign on the door because we didn't want house keeping for the day but they came in anyway. We had brought a crock pot with us to try and save some money on food and we were reprimanded at checkout even though it is not posted anywhere that we couldn't use a crock pot. There were also some loud domestic disputes in another room and some jerk sitting outside room 11 talking shit to me while I went to try and get ice. The best part of the stay was the king size bed which was extremely comfortable and the room was nice and dark. Other than that this is a very unpleasant motel. The other saving grace is they had a lot of security cameras on the property, I don't know if they worked but they looked new so maybe. And the pool was very clean. The room other than the bed is what you would expect from a motel. ”
