When I went to check in. There was a lady who appeared at the window in a night gown no bra or underwear. She was barefoot and behaved as if I was bothering her. She told me that they required a cash deposit when I told her that I don’t have any cash she told me to call Agoda and cancel the stay. She didn’t direct to the closest place to get cash or anything. Then she turned and when back in what must be her home. I called Agoda while still at property and they claim to call the property but there was no answer. When I went back to the window the lady never came back. What kind of city allows these type of businesses to run like this. I called Agoda and they are waiting for a reply from the business. How horrible is this! Buena Park has gone down the drain.

At the present time we're homeless. The object was to get out of the cold. Well that back fired. It was colder in the room than it was outside. At first the TV didn't work. The lady said too paid. Lucky it was just the batteries. The other problem was the cockroachs. If you don't mind sleeping with the cockroachs then this a great place to atay

Decent night except
I heard smash of glass overnight and assumed it was a bottle. Woke up to see a room few doors down with a window broken in. Someone seems to have tried breaking in? Not sure what that was about. Decent place otherwise. Good price. Staff is very friendly. Make sure you have a bill ready for cash deposit. (I really liked that)

Convenient and reliable
liked staying at best budget inn Anaheim . I would stay here again for another Anaheim- clean, convenient, reliable wifi, no stress, friendly staff. & All met my expectations. It was a place to stay for the night.
