My boyfriend and I always enjoy staying at this hotel whenever we visit Anaheim because the experience is consistently pleasant. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and respectful, which makes us feel comfortable every time we stay here. The rooms are very clean, quiet, and well-maintained. One thing we truly appreciate is how considerate the guests are as well , we never hear loud noise from neighboring rooms, which makes it easy to relax and sleep peacefully. The hotel is also located in a safe area and is conveniently about five minutes away from Knott's Berry Farm, which makes it a great place to stay when visiting the area. There are also plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, so everything you need is within a short distance. The TV works great, the rooms include both a microwave and refrigerator, and hair dryer, the bathroom water pressure and toilet function very well. There are just a few small things that could improve the experience even more. The room has a place to hang clothes, but there were no hangers available. I also wish the towels were thicker and a little larger. It would be nice if the rooms included four pillows instead of only two flat ones. The location is also great , about five minutes from Knott's Berry Farm with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. We also appreciate that the area feels safe. The TV works well, the water pressure is great, and having a microwave and refrigerator in the room is very convenient. A few small improvements would make the stay even better: thicker towels, more pillows, hangers in the closet area, and making sure cups are stocked in the room. Overall, we always have a comfortable stay and would definitely come back.

David was excellent at check in, and the room was clean with a good bed and bedding, mini fridge, microwave, and flatscreen TV that didn’t have a good picture, but had cable channels. There are plenty of restaurants and good shopping all around, and easy access to the beaches and all points in SoCal. They are working on the property to make it better. We’ll see.

It was worth the money I spent. I figure you get what tou pay for. The place is a little worn out and the furniture is seen better and since its from the 70s and the place could have been much much cleaner. But worth what I paid.

We stayed for a 6-day trip and the staff is quite helpful for any small favours and requests. The living spaces however did leave some cleaning to be desired but overall it was an enjoyable (and comfortable enough) stay.
