“It was clean and comfortable. Simple as that. I recommend it. Staff was friendly.”

“I never stayed in such a nice place I enjoyed everything the bed was Hella comfy tabien. ”

“If you reserve a room through a 3rd party app/site. When you arrive and show them your confirmation…BE SURE that they are actually signing you in via your online purchase….. They don’t like people using the discount/deal prices from online venders..they will up the deposit sometimes 20,40,60$ depends on their mood. ”

“When I went to check in. There was a lady who appeared at the window in a night gown no bra or underwear. She was barefoot and behaved as if I was bothering her. She told me that they required a cash deposit when I told her that I don’t have any cash she told me to call Agoda and cancel the stay. She didn’t direct to the closest place to get cash or anything. Then she turned and when back in what must be her home. I called Agoda while still at property and they claim to call the property but there was no answer. When I went back to the window the lady never came back. What kind of city allows these type of businesses to run like this. I called Agoda and they are waiting for a reply from the business. How horrible is this! Buena Park has gone down the drain.”

“My boyfriend and I always enjoy staying at this hotel whenever we visit Anaheim because the experience is consistently pleasant. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and respectful, which makes us feel comfortable every time we stay here. The rooms are very clean, quiet, and well-maintained. One thing we truly appreciate is how considerate the guests are as well , we never hear loud noise from neighboring rooms, which makes it easy to relax and sleep peacefully. The hotel is also located in a safe area and is conveniently about five minutes away from Knott's Berry Farm, which makes it a great place to stay when visiting the area. There are also plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, so everything you need is within a short distance. The TV works great, the rooms include both a microwave and refrigerator, and hair dryer, the bathroom water pressure and toilet function very well. There are just a few small things that could improve the experience even more. The room has a place to hang clothes, but there were no hangers available. I also wish the towels were thicker and a little larger. It would be nice if the rooms included four pillows instead of only two flat ones. During one of our stays, cups were also missing from the room. My boyfriend and I always enjoy staying at this hotel whenever we visit Anaheim because the experience is consistently pleasant. “조식은 아주 간단합니다. 객실은 편안하고 청결 상태도 괜찮으며, 주차 공간도 항상 확보되어 있습니다. 가족 나들이에 좋은 공원들이 가까이에 있습니다. ”
