“Such a lovely area to stay in. Situated in the fiserhamn village area you are surrounded by locals. There is an amazing beach right on the resort with lots of family made food offerings available throughout the day. Bike rental available at the hotel, which I would recommend making use of to see other beaches that the island offers. Pizza and Pasta is a restaurant 5/10 minute drive away, highly recommend. Getting cash can sometimes be difficult due to the lack of atms. We went to 4 in succession and all had no cash available. So bring as much as you can. Staff were ok, there were not too many people around but those that were there were helpful. There is toast available in the morning. ”

“รร และชายหาดสวยมาก facilities เริ่ด พนักงานก็น่ารัก แต่อยากให้ปรับปรุงเรื่องความใส่ใจลูกค้าให้มากกว่านี้ โดยเฉพาะเรื่องรถรับส่ง ความสะอาดของห้องพักและขอให้ลูกค้า check in ได้ตรงเวลาด้วย เพราะไปถึงก่อนแล้วรอตอนอากาศร้อนมาก แต่ห้องเสร็จช้าเกินเวลาไปอีกต้องโทรถามกันให้วุ่นว่าห้องเสร็จหรือยังแถมเข้าไปเจอเศษผมของลูกค้าเก่าเป็นก้อนติดอยู่ที่ผ้าม่าน แต่ละวันแม่บ้านควรไปทำความสะอาดช่วงสายๆ หรือขณะแขกไม่อยู่ที่ห้องจะดีที่สุด และยังทำความสะอาดได้ไม่ดีนัก อาหารเช้าธรรมดาไปมากขาดความหลากหลาย ส่วนตัวคิดว่า เพิ่มอาหารไทยๆ เข้าไปบ้างเช่น ข้าวเหนียวหมูปิ้ง หรือปาท่องโก๋ น้ำเต้าหู้ น่าจะดีมาก โปรโมทอาหารไทยไปด้วยในตัว WiFi ใช้งานไม่ได้เลย ต้องขอช่างมาดูแลและแก้ไข ส่วน TV กับรีโมททีวี น่าจะต้องเปลี่ยนใหม่ กดเปลี่ยนช่องลำบากมาก 😅 ไม่รู้ว่าเพราะเราเป็นคนไทยหรือเปล่า จึงได้รับการบริการแบบนี้ ฝากปรับปรุงนะคะ”

“Avec nos enfants de 7 et 3 ans, nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans l’établissement. Nous avons pu y louer des scooter avons beaucoup apprécié le restaurant et la piscine de la pool villa. ”

“We had a pleasant stay, the hotel setting is truly beautiful! Pros: -Beautiful nature surroundings -Amazing pool and sea access -Good location -Confortable bed and nice view from the room Cons: -The room cleaning can be improved, some small spiders on the wall but it was cleaned after asking. -Restaurant staff super slow and with no attention to the guests. - - - The restaurant supervisor was very arrogant, given priority to clean tables instead of taking orders from the guests - the food was disappointing, we ended up eating on other hotels restaurants beside the hotel - reception staff in general not up to 4 star standards, they don't speak much English and is hard to communicate with anyone in the hotel except from Heart from the bar that presented an excellent service and very pleasant! - if you don't drive motorcycle is very difficult to get around the island - you have to wake up before 8am and run to save a sunbed otherwise all sunbeds would be gone, there is no enough sunbeds and there is no help from the staff to move around the chairs that is super heavy. - there was not enough toilet paper on daily basis and they never checked the shampoo and body shower. ”

“처음 방문시 룸을 확인하는 과정에서 의사소통문제로 직원과 얼굴 붉힐일이 있었다. 어떤 직원은 기분나쁜 표정으로 나를 계속 쳐다봤다. 그래서 휴가내내 기분이 좋지 않았지만 주변환경이 좋아서 일단 참기로,.강가옆이라 무료 배를 타고 강주변도 둘러보고, 모래가 깔린 넓은 깨끗한 바다와 양 싸이드에 스노쿨링하기 좋은 곳,그리고 현지식이지만 조식도 나름 괜찮았고, 호텔 레스토랑도 생각보다 괜찮고 먹을만했다. 화장실 하수구 냄새가 심하긴했고, 티비는 볼만한게 전혀없고 화질도 안좋았다. ”

“The Bungalow was perfect. Really clean. Negative is that their restaurant closes at 5pm. There are however other resorts on either side where you can dine ”
