Overall everything was great, staffs are very friendly, nice location with breakfast provided. However, the room starting with A.. is not private at all. There are staffs walking by from morning to clean the rooms from morning and towels were placed in front of our room (just our room-guess we got very unlucky), which is not very nice considering the area is a part of the room. Also there are staffs standing near our room from morning till noon (I guess it's a rest spot for staffs) and with the room's layout, doing so takes away all the privacy. Other than that everything was great but sadly I was disappointed with this and it would be much better if the resort has a different separate spot for staffs to stand and place towels.

We reserved roundtrip speed boat through the resort. It's a little more but very convenience b/c we arrived right at the pier of the resort and staffs were very helpful helping us move our luggages. The breakfast was nice, the beach was nice but would be nicer if clean up a little more, our room was nice but quite far to walk, by the time we walk from our Delux Pool Garden room to the beach, we are all sweaty.

I was disappointed in the fact that the beach was vey dirty within the resort and even more dirty with plastic and many other items. Other beaches on the island clear these but not here. Unfortunate but they need to try harder. The pond behind the beach front chalets was also full of debris and rubbish.

Seafar Resort is well located in the middle of the island on the West. We enjoyed the pool, beach bar, beach chairs on the very beautiful Tapoa Beach. Lovely clear warm water to swim in and no signs of urchins, just clean sand way deep into the sea. The room was spacious and refreshed daily. Very large comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was average but better than some Thai bathrooms we've seen at other places. The room has a hairdryer and umbrellas but no safe or kettle, cups and tea/coffee. No soap either but they did give earbuds. We always had good flowing hot water. For coffee or tea they have a complimentary station at the dining area near reception where you can help yourself to instant coffee, Milo, etc. The cafe on the property was a bit disappointing, we ordered a takeaway cappuccino and the cup was half full. So every morning we bought cappuccinos from the resort right next door who had a fresh coffee bean grinding machine that made a variety of hot drinks. Seafar should get a machine like this too. The bar has happy hour between 5 and 7pm and is adequately stocked with alcohol from around the world. It was a pity that there was no bar up at the swimming pool, a big miss on the resorts front to make lots of money from us. Lol If there was a bar at the pool, we would of well supported it. 😂 The staff at Seafar are absolutely lovely and you can hire motorbikes there too. Restaurants along the beach are nice, especially Paradise Beach Resort. Seafar's restaurant serves small portions for dinner for big prices. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay.

The resort is at a wonderful location. Staff is nice. Food is a bit costly. Hardly any vegan options. If you are a hardcore non vegetarian, you will love it.
