“This inn is a true gem. It is located right in the heart of the town of Arcos de Valdevez on a hill with a lovely view down the valley. Shops and restaurants are nearby on all sides. The house itself exudes traditional character and includes comfortable reading rooms and a charming kitchen dining table. There is an excellent swimming pool in the garden out back. And the inviting eco-trail following the Vez River is only a few minutes walk away. But best of all are the proprietors, amazingly hospitable , helpful and engaging -- they already feel like my best friends! Don't miss this excellent opportunity to indulge in Portuguese culture in one of my favorite towns in the country.”

“Foi ainda melhor do que esperava. Trata-se de um edifício recente, com arquitetura de muito bom gosto, muito bem inserido na natureza, junto às portas de Mezio, omde os cavalos e as vacas se passeiam livremente. Os quartos, com vista para a serra, têm uma dimensão ainda maior do que aparenta nas Pimagens do site. Vimos os cavalos a passear no exterior do hotel ”

“We had a pleasant stay at Luna Arcos Hotel, with a lovely atmosphere and comfortable accommodations. Unfortunately, the Jacuzzi wasn't available, which didn't allow us to use it in the Spa area, but other than that, we recommend Luna Arcos Hotel for a pleasant stay.”
