I would suggest adding hooks inside the bathroom for bath towels — ideally within the shower area so guests don’t need to step out to reach them. The TV wasn’t working and isn’t a smart TV. Because of the classic wooden furniture, the room can appear dusty and dated, so regular deep cleaning, especially in corners, would help maintain a fresher look and scent. The bathroom is generally clean, but again, the towel hook is missing, and the tissue holder is placed inconveniently far from reach. **Overall:** My stay was pleasant, comfortable, and safe. “What I really like about the facility is the cleanliness. Linen and Towels are clean and smells good. Walking distance to Robinsons is also a super plus! I could have given a 5 stars if they have an elevator. travelers with many luggage like us find it difficult to use stairs to bring our things up especially if staff is not around during check in. The Receptionist is very nice and accommodating. =)”
