Good downtown location. Breezy and light space though the rooms are a little dated. However, the service was dismal. The AC in our room leaked twice and even damaged some of our things that were on a chair below the AC. Reported to the front desk that the damage to belongings was severe, including a wet passport but there was very little urgency from them. They never offered a change of room but only changed the AC. Then the leak happened a second time even with the new AC and still there was no urgency from the front staff to remedy the situation. Disappointing but will probably book the property again because of its location and just how airy and light the space is in contrast to other Tacloban hotels especially in the downtown area.

We were never informed that housekeeping will be dropping by our room for us to maybe store/safekeep our belongings. We were just surprised that when we got back to our room, the bedsheets and towels have been changed

Whilst the value for money, the staff, the cleanliness and the facilities were of a good standard most of the breakfast items were cold. Breakfast was served from 6am but we arrived for breakfast at 7 by then most items were out.
