“I booked a night before and it says confirmed booking but when we got to the resort the next day there's no one there in the resort like no one. The pool is empty. We need to ask the neighbours but they said we ask the next door and they called the owner says there's a booking. And guess what the daughter of the owner came like 20mins. They told us if it's ok for us to just use accommodation because the pool is empty but then they said they didn't receive any booking. It's just to gulo. I know it's legit I've red the reviews before i book it. That's why we just have to leave. And told us they will refund it one month later cus that's the rule of agoda. 😭😭😭 So much hassle. I hope they refund my money 😔🥺”

“Loved our stay here. Was very blessed to be upgraded to the overlooking suite instead of the villa near the river. Ordered the pizza for late dinner and we liked it. The breakfast was excellent! Big serving. Our dogs enjoyed the stay as well running around the campsite area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place!”

“This's the most noisy place I have stay in .The neighbors plaed music loudly from afternoon to 10pm,and 7am to 9am.we can't sleep. Staff are friendly,very nice. it located at the corner of lake,so you can't see the wide lake view,only the part outside of your garden. So that's an awkward point.there's not facing the lake,and not private and peace because of neighbors. I can't say it's good because of the location and neighbors. I can't say it is bad beacause the music is from the resort on the opposite. Next time I would try other place”

“Love Its: *The place is really beautiful and clean *Cabins are really well-spaced so it's not really crowded *You get to have your dedicated kitchen and rest rooms *Pet-friendly *Free Small Bonfire *They encourage waste separation for compostable and non-compostable *Free kayak to use and life vest *Super accomodating staff and cute dog (Milo) in the island! Could Be Betters: *Communication - we were trying to locate the port for parking and no one is answering in all of their channels (Agoda, Viber, Whatsapp, Phone Number, Facebook). I don't believe the signal is to blame since signal in the area is quite good. We got lost for over an hour trying to find the port and the locals were not familiar with it as well. We wasted about an hour circling around trying to find it. This experience started to sour our stay. *Additional charges - they only advised us of the hefty boat fee (800 for 4 people and 100 pesos per addtl head) 2 days before out trip. This should be included in their listing because people who have limited budget will be surprised for this sudden additional charges. *Kitchen is included BUT THE GAS IS NOT! This was totally misleading. I asked beforehand what we should bring and we were told just to bring food we will need to cook. Only to find out that you have to purchase a butane once you are on site! That felt really scammy and deceptive! We also believe the butane is not new due to the condition and we only cooked rice once and made sinigang na hipon (quick to cook) and the butane's already empty! We camp a lot so we know that the butane should last longer than that. *Water is being shut-off at night til early morning. We were not advised of this beforehand. Thankfully no one got a bad stomache ache at night when the water was off. Getting water in the lake is dangerous at night due to poor visibility and slippery mud. *Store has few items only. *They are not strict with quiet time at night. One of the other cabin occupants are yelling and laughing in the middle of the night and no one told them to lower their voices in respect to other occupants. OVERALL VERDICT: The place is beautiful no doubt. But for the price we've paid considering what we went through, I think there's a lot to be desired. Will we be coming back? Maybe, now we know what to bring next time. But there's a lot of island in Lake Lumot to try so we're not rushing to go back since we found more affordable places in the same area with better amenities. FOR FUTURE BOOKERS: *Bring your own butane or fuel, since it's not included and will cost you a pretty penny *Bring lots of ice *Bring all the food and drinks you might need since the store is not fully stocked *Please also keep in mind you cannot use heavy wattage appliances and the power goes out from time to time since they only use generator *Make sure to bring extra money with you since you might not know what charges or things you have to pay once you're in the island. I still wish all the best for this business since it has great potential. If we decided to go back, I hope things are better now especially with their transparency and customer service, which is the foundation of trust for repeat customers. ”

“Will definitely return for another stay with my family. I stayed with my friends and we had a good overnight stay. The kayak is free. If you are a nature-lover and just want to be away from the chaos from the city, work or whatsoever -- this is a good getaway place. But make sure to call them first before, you might get lost because we got lost because of gmaps. The cabin is 100% cool! Kayaks are free. The speedboat has a fee, though. ”
