“카일스 베드 앤 브렉퍼스트 보라카이에서 정말 좋은 시간을 보냈습니다. 레스토랑과 쇼핑센터가 가깝고 해변까지도 걸어갈 수 있는 거리였어요. 직원분들도 매우 친절하고 도움이 많이 되었습니다. 다만 와이파이 속도가 좀 느려서 개선이 필요해 보입니다. 그 외에는 모든 것이 만족스러웠습니다. 카일스 베드 앤 브렉퍼스트, 감사합니다!”

“Booked a 4D3N stay for my parents. From start to finish, all they have are wonderful words for this accommodation. Ms. Jen of V Boutique assisted them. The hotel itself is new. I was surprised to see a welcome letter addressed to the guest signed by the manager (that’s a first!). They were given welcome drinks and a towel. Check in was smooth. The room they had was small and without a window, but mom notes that it was designed for comfort. The hotel is still being renovated, so you can expect minimal dust. As for the staff, they were all very respectful and polite. The food was great and the portion sizes were big. My parents’ favorite part of this hotel is its location since it’s right in front of the beach and near the iconic Willy’s Rock. It’s a little bit more secluded as part of Station 1, so it was the perfect spot for rest and relaxation. They’re already excited to book the next trip to Boracay and stay at this hotel again. Thank you for the staff for making sure they had a great stay!”

“Our stay unfortunately did not meet expectations due to several issues related to maintenance and communication. Upon arrival, we experienced difficulty during check-in as the host manager was not very responsive, which left us without proper guidance. We also encountered multiple maintenance concerns, including a non-functioning heater, broken hair dryer, damaged shoe rack, cabinet issues, and a loose door knob. Despite these conditions, a strict ₱1,000 security deposit policy was enforced for potential damages, which felt disproportionate given the state of the facilities. There appeared to be a lack of coordination among the owner, manager, and caretaker, which resulted in confusion and inconvenience throughout our stay. Additionally, there was a misunderstanding regarding our check-out time. We checked out at 11:00 AM, yet it was reportedly communicated otherwise, which delayed the return of our deposit. The heater was not operational during our four-day stay, resulting in cold showers throughout. The swimming pool water was also very cold, and the overall experience was further affected by frequent power interruptions lasting almost two days. These circumstances significantly reduced the comfort and relaxation we had hoped for. We respectfully suggest improvements in maintenance, communication, and guest support to enhance future guests’ experiences. Travelers may also wish to carefully review available options in nearby areas to ensure accommodations align with their expectations and needs.”
