“A welcome addition to Invercargill. A stylish new hotel with good size rooms , good lobby and restuarant. Overall a great experience.”

“The landlady is absolutely lovely, and this is such a cozy place to stay! Free bread, milk and cereal are provided in the kitchen. It’s a 15-minute walk from the InterCity drop-off point, and about 20 minutes on foot to Pak’nSave. Everything is great here, except the bed linen could do with more sunning – I got bitten by fleas or mites, leaving lots of bumps on my ankles that have since scarred.”

“Room and bathroom was amazing with such water pressure like you cant believe. The double bed was terrible with roll together so we had to sleep in separate beds. The street noise was also really loudly heard and both of us did not get much if any sleep. Really like the space but steps would not be good for anyone elderly in the unit itself. Please look at updating the mattress.”

“We felt like having dessert so went to the bar/reasturant near the main lobby. It was freezing cold and the service was not much better. We waited well over 1/2 hour for our desserts which were clearly pre made so we couldn't understand the wait. Will not dine down there again....perhaps other areas of the hotel are better? Strange glass wall in the bathroom and quite a noisy hotel with noise traveling through from other levels during the night. Clean and tidy with good water pressure in shower though. Next time we stay we will probably also park our car on the street rather than pay $20 for overnight valet parking.”
