“The hotel is not new but the rooms are freshly renovated to catch up with the times. The bathroom is a bit small but very serviceable in the area.”

“The best cabin by the lake experience we have ever had - or perhaps, in this case, cabin by the fjord. Pal is a great host. His cabin is tastefully furnished with modern luxuries. Everything inside it is clean and uncluttered. And the view across the water is priceless! Grab it if it is available during your trip to Kristiansund - you won’t regret it!”

“We didn’t get prior check in instructions. There was no staff to help us. There was a phone number on the door to call. I sent an email while waiting by the front door and within a few minutes I got an email back with instructions. So altogether I am happy with my experience staying at Andalsnes guesthouse. The place is very quiet and clean. I recommend. ”

“The cabin is actually an old travel trailer in the yard. It is seriously not level, has muddy sloping grass only to walk up to it. No water. Curtains need fixing. Bathrooms are in main building with no lighting to get there at night. Front steps are broken and the yard is a mess. ”
