“The room was fine but the smell of the toilet goes into the room and ask them to clean it but still doesn’t help. staff are not so helpful but breakfast was superb.”

“Overall the hotel was fine, simple rooms and fair price. However, the waiter in the main restaurant desperately needs customr servixe training. For starters, he made evry guest (includibmng us - party of 4) entering the restaurant wait outside 'to be seated' despite a completely empty restaurant. We sat there for a good 15 mins before he bothered to 'seat us'. We then watched as thus kept repeating itself with every other guest wanting to visit the restaurant. Very uncomfortable and completely unprofessional - surely there must have been lots of similar conplaints/comments on this individual. Food was good so really a bizarre issue to have with a restaurant (I have previously never seen anything like this). Resr of hotel staff seemed fine and overall, the hotel is ok, but would definitely not stay nor recommend this property until hotel does something about this”
