We didn’t get prior check in instructions. There was no staff to help us. There was a phone number on the door to call. I sent an email while waiting by the front door and within a few minutes I got an email back with instructions. So altogether I am happy with my experience staying at Andalsnes guesthouse. The place is very quiet and clean. I recommend.
