“I like the hard rock guadalajara as a 75%. From 100% What I dont like pool closed super early 7pm friday and Saturday 8pm. If you are in vacation obviously you will need the pool after you activities take a pictures at night but you cant they close early.Breakfast buffet is ok but eventually they want me to pay when i already paid for that when I booked anyways looks like is not comunication buffet with front desk they apologize but in the time I feel embarrassed with I was leaving the buffet area. If you have a children they charged me for a breakfast for my child 340 pesos just for a cup of milk I explained my child as a allergic can't eat regular food. I called in advance to explained the situation but look like the front desk didnt know about that. I feel they charged so much for the hotel and the minimum I can enjoyed at the hotel. Other thing people on the reception the are just checking who in or out wich its ok but following me to the elevator really anyways. Its not worth it if you planning to visit so much places and you can not come in enjoy it the hotel because they close everything early. If you decide to stay dont stay floor 2 you can not sleep so much noise from the bar and around rooms. I rent doble bed room they said they didnt know that really its on my reservation. Its just details i didnt like. But anyway not but the hotel has so much potencial just management not good”

“Bonito hotel”

“The hotel is extremely noisy. Everything can be heard as if other guests were inside our room—even the rolling suitcases. It is impossible to sleep. We requested a room change, but it was never granted. The front desk informed us that the group causing the noise had already left, so they refused to move us. Additionally, the housekeeper was upset and confronted me for putting up the 'Service Room' sign early, arguing that we might be changing rooms. Regarding the amenities, the food is average and the desserts are terrible. Despite its excellent location, I will definitely not be staying at this hotel again.”
