The hotel is extremely noisy. Everything can be heard as if other guests were inside our room—even the rolling suitcases. It is impossible to sleep. We requested a room change, but it was never granted. The front desk informed us that the group causing the noise had already left, so they refused to move us. Additionally, the housekeeper was upset and confronted me for putting up the 'Service Room' sign early, arguing that we might be changing rooms. Regarding the amenities, the food is average and the desserts are terrible. Despite its excellent location, I will definitely not be staying at this hotel again.
