“A warm welcome and really positive check in process to our room on arrival. Room as described, spacious and nice TV, however kitchenette was extremely limited - just two mugs and glasses only. No cutlery, crockery or kitchenware otherwise. We were advised to request anything needed, but found all that could be provided were medium sized plates or disposable cutlery, which was not to our needs. Good shower. No ventilation at all in bathroom. Thick plastic covers on mattress and pillows were not the most comfortable - a bit hot and noisy whenever you moved. Noise from guests outdoors and in next room was notable at night. Pool was nice and heated, cross trainer and bike in the gym did not work. Restaurant breakfast was disappointingly limited to buffet only despite menus being displayed, staff there were unpleasant, card payment was down and the restaurant closed at night before the advertised time. Room service also utilized plastic cutlery only. Easy check out. ”

“It is really nice. It has both hotel and motel mode. All staffs are nice, namely Jonathan and receiption ladies were very help full though i did not see their faces. Management please keep it up snd don't let it be down. I would recommend it very much to my US community and to all others. ”
