In my case the conversion rate in the market was $1=18 pesos. Their machine’s rate was 16.78. I talked to the manager. He was nice and good listener. He paid me the compensation which was about 390 pesos for 2 nights reservation. I think they need to change the bank or financial organization they are working with. Their conversation rate is lower than the market. If you want to go to this hotel pay with pesos not credit card.”
