“Wow. What a stay. Loved the treehouse we stayed in, super comfy bed and had all the necessary amenities. However what makes this stay so special is the family. The kind service, unprompted coffee and mocktails on arrival are just such a lovely unexpected treat. We had dinner and breakfast here which were traditional and so tasty. We booked our safari tour here which was also just incredible - loved how we were away from the usual tourist crowd. 100% would recommend and stay here again! Thank you. ”

“The accommodation at Max Safari Villa was truly excellent. Our room was perfectly clean, cozy, and equipped with well-functioning air conditioning, which we really appreciated after a long day. I must especially highlight the food—both breakfast and dinner were exceptionally delicious and home-cooked. The owner took great care of us the entire time with a smile. He was incredibly accommodating and helped us with everything we needed. He easily ordered a tuk-tuk for us to get to the center and completely organized an unforgettable jeep safari trip, so we didn't have to worry about any planning. A huge plus for families is the very pleasant pool, where the kids had a blast. This accommodation deserves full marks from us. We highly recommend it to anyone planning a visit to Udawalawe!”
