“The location is excellent, with a beautiful ambience and well-maintained facilities that make for a pleasant stay. Overall, the property has a great atmosphere and offers a relaxing experience. However, our experience had a few disappointing aspects. When we entered our booked room at around 4:30 PM, some guests who had come for day activities were just coming out of the room. It appeared that the room had been handed over to us without proper preparation, which created a very unpleasant first impression. The food quality also needs significant improvement and is not worth the price charged. The breakfast spread, in particular, could be much better. The swimming pool was another disappointment. We visited on Monday morning, and the water was still dirty from the previous day's activities, indicating that it had not been cleaned properly. With better housekeeping, improved food quality, and proper maintenance of the pool, this property has the potential to offer a much better guest experience.”

“Location amidst the mountains near to the river and the sound of river + birds are awesome and very scenic. Intercoms are not there and without network signals, little tough to connect with staffs for our needs - hotel management must place intercoms. All other arrangements are good.”

“Spent a day with wife and kid. Amazing location which is in nature's lap, yet close enough to urbanization that we are able to order food online. Aditya and his team are very prompt, helpful and do their best to help each guest enjoy their stay. However the resort is let down by a lack of facilities, like no kettle and coffee pouch/ tea bags in room, which meant that we had to wait until breakfast to get our first cup of coffee/tea, towels provided only upon request (we got only one but it was clean and smelt nice), no tissue rolls in bathroom, dustbin only in bathroom, no cabinet space for clothes etc. The swimming pool while scenically located, does not even have a shower room, toilet and changing area along with no requirement for use of swimming costumes meaning people were getting in without showering wearing whatever clothes they wanted leading to an unhygienic situation. The lack of toilets and changing rooms means one needs to go all the way to their room for these purposes, which is quite a task for people in rooms which are not located near the pool. The pool is also of an adults only depth, and the lack of a children's pool precludes kids from having fun in a safe manner. I request the proprietor of the resort to kindly empower your very capable team by spending on the items listed above, most of which are very small items that don't cost much. As things stand, i might still return for another stay with friends, but will most likely not return if there are young kids in the group.”

“Location It was great. Felt like middle of nowhere but still had good privacy & safety for outsiders. Rooms - The cleanliness of the rooms were exceptional. Good water and clean linen. Well maintained. The rooms were cleaned everyday & area around were cleaned more than once. Sheets on the bed were replaced everyday too, along with the water and the coffee kits. There were no fans in the room, so better to check the weather before travel as AC may not always be an option. During my stay the weather was great, so I was good. Not a complain, but the only downside was the disturbance from the nearby rooms & the ones from other floors as they were completely wooden. River deck- It was closed which was a disappointment but very much understandable, as there were unpleasant experiences in the past for the locals. Bicycle rental - I was very disappointed with this, as we really wanted to use them but it was allowed only within the property and there was not enough space for riding either. May be some better options could go a long way Games - Overall the experience was good, however most of the boards, the TT tables, Glof equipments, badminton racquets were not maintained. Suggest if the staff can spend time bringing the guests together and organizing games. Also closing at 8:30 was too short, although understandable Massage Spa, Swimming pool, Gym were overall good, but I did not get to use them. Food - There were no options outside the resort, but the food was delicious within the resort. Breakfast was heavy with a lot of variety. Lunch & dinner were ala-carte or buffet based on the number of people - but both were great. Thoroughly enjoyed Staff The people were all very kind and helpful - be it at the reception, the restaurant, the games, even the support staff involved with cleaning / sweeping. The smiling faces added a lot of positivity in the overall stay and made us feel truly welcome there”

“The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, contributing greatly to the overall experience. We were the only ones at the property and so missed out on any activities that usually gets scheduled. Property was clean and is in a location away from maddening traffic - so very peaceful and views from the rooms are exceptional. However, value for money wasn't great. We felt that we paid lot more than it was worth which affected the overall impression. ”
