The location is excellent, with a beautiful ambience and well-maintained facilities that make for a pleasant stay. Overall, the property has a great atmosphere and offers a relaxing experience. However, our experience had a few disappointing aspects. When we entered our booked room at around 4:30 PM, some guests who had come for day activities were just coming out of the room. It appeared that the room had been handed over to us without proper preparation, which created a very unpleasant first impression. The food quality also needs significant improvement and is not worth the price charged. The breakfast spread, in particular, could be much better. The swimming pool was another disappointment. We visited on Monday morning, and the water was still dirty from the previous day's activities, indicating that it had not been cleaned properly. With better housekeeping, improved food quality, and proper maintenance of the pool, this property has the potential to offer a much better guest experience.

Exceptional Hospitality

​We had a wonderful stay at this resort and truly enjoyed some quality family time. The property itself is lovely, but what really made the difference was the friendly and accommodating staff who made us feel welcome throughout our visit. Another highlight was the complimentary breakfast, which was both fresh and delicious. It’s a great spot for anyone looking for a relaxing and hospitable getaway.

worst experience

Gave me a room with not working sliding bathroom door. It's was stuck and jammed and not able to do sliding. In spite of complaining no one responded or fixed. We everyone in family have to keep the door open and use bathroom. Really awkward moment. Then can't even check and fix room before giving to other persons and also not fixing inspite of complaining. I somehow slided the door and closed it and then not able to open from inside and stuck was nealy 1 hour and my wife after my repeatedly called for help to reception they finally came and opened with tools and since I was man, i managed with towel when they opened door. Just imagine if my wife was stuck in my position. After telling the incident , they just said sorry sir. Very bad experience
