“Spent a day with wife and kid. Amazing location which is in nature's lap, yet close enough to urbanization that we are able to order food online. Aditya and his team are very prompt, helpful and do their best to help each guest enjoy their stay. However the resort is let down by a lack of facilities, like no kettle and coffee pouch/ tea bags in room, which meant that we had to wait until breakfast to get our first cup of coffee/tea, towels provided only upon request (we got only one but it was clean and smelt nice), no tissue rolls in bathroom, dustbin only in bathroom, no cabinet space for clothes etc. The swimming pool while scenically located, does not even have a shower room, toilet and changing area along with no requirement for use of swimming costumes meaning people were getting in without showering wearing whatever clothes they wanted leading to an unhygienic situation. The lack of toilets and changing rooms means one needs to go all the way to their room for these purposes, which is quite a task for people in rooms which are not located near the pool. The pool is also of an adults only depth, and the lack of a children's pool precludes kids from having fun in a safe manner. I request the proprietor of the resort to kindly empower your very capable team by spending on the items listed above, most of which are very small items that don't cost much. As things stand, i might still return for another stay with friends, but will most likely not return if there are young kids in the group.”

“Really thank you very much for your accommodation and caring and food and your kindness all the best for grow high ”

“We had the best stay at Yanai ! The location and the scenic view is definitely worthy. The staffs at the resort were so helpful and very helpful. Usually in few resorts the view will be good and average food would be provided but at Yanai The food was really delicious , special mention to the chef and the Nepali helpers ”

“We felt that the staff truly cared about our comfort and happiness. It is not always the case in hotels, so we really valued it.”

“Very good”

“The location is excellent, with a beautiful ambience and well-maintained facilities that make for a pleasant stay. Overall, the property has a great atmosphere and offers a relaxing experience. However, our experience had a few disappointing aspects. When we entered our booked room at around 4:30 PM, some guests who had come for day activities were just coming out of the room. It appeared that the room had been handed over to us without proper preparation, which created a very unpleasant first impression. The food quality also needs significant improvement and is not worth the price charged. The breakfast spread, in particular, could be much better. The swimming pool was another disappointment. We visited on Monday morning, and the water was still dirty from the previous day's activities, indicating that it had not been cleaned properly. With better housekeeping, improved food quality, and proper maintenance of the pool, this property has the potential to offer a much better guest experience.”

“Qatsyir Horizon is one of those rare places where hospitality isn’t just a service — it’s a feeling. From the moment you begin the scenic jeep ride up the hills, you sense you’re heading somewhere special. The team here treats every guest with genuine warmth, and their attention to detail makes the entire experience unforgettable. What truly stands out is the staff. Their kindness, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile make you feel like family. From arranging activities to ensuring every small request is taken care of, the hospitality is unmatched. Special thanks to the team members who make the stay magical with their dedication and smiles. Qatsyir Horizon is not just a stay — it’s an experience crafted with love, care, and true hospitality. Highly recommended for families, couples, and anyone seeking a refreshing escape.”

“Peaceful stay and best veg food ”

“The food was really good. Had dinner and breakfast. There is no lift. So if you are on 1st Floor, you have to take your luggage up. Rooms were clean. Shower has cold water. Hot water comes in tap into a bucket. Staff can have better connect with Silent Valley booking office.”

“The Glass House is such a lovely little place! It’s well maintained and has everything you need, including a fully equipped kitchen. Being surrounded by greenery, with the sounds of birds, insects and a little stream nearby, makes it even more special. It’s the perfect place to slow down, unwind, and enjoy some peace and quiet. Definitely one of those places you’d want to keep coming back to!”
