Spent a day with wife and kid. Amazing location which is in nature's lap, yet close enough to urbanization that we are able to order food online. Aditya and his team are very prompt, helpful and do their best to help each guest enjoy their stay. However the resort is let down by a lack of facilities, like no kettle and coffee pouch/ tea bags in room, which meant that we had to wait until breakfast to get our first cup of coffee/tea, towels provided only upon request (we got only one but it was clean and smelt nice), no tissue rolls in bathroom, dustbin only in bathroom, no cabinet space for clothes etc. The swimming pool while scenically located, does not even have a shower room, toilet and changing area along with no requirement for use of swimming costumes meaning people were getting in without showering wearing whatever clothes they wanted leading to an unhygienic situation. The lack of toilets and changing rooms means one needs to go all the way to their room for these purposes, which is quite a task for people in rooms which are not located near the pool. The pool is also of an adults only depth, and the lack of a children's pool precludes kids from having fun in a safe manner. I request the proprietor of the resort to kindly empower your very capable team by spending on the items listed above, most of which are very small items that don't cost much. As things stand, i might still return for another stay with friends, but will most likely not return if there are young kids in the group.

Facilities like swimming pool is terrible. Frog seen die in the pool. Children play area also very old and unable to play. Children slide is rusted may cause injury to children. No restuarant. We need to order swiggy or zomato which is taking 2 hrs.
