“The words out, if any New Zealanders are travelling the Westport in Ireland this is the place to stay. Julian and Rachel were the most gracious hosts and paid great attention to detail. The breakfast was beautifully cooked and the best we’d had in Ireland, my omelet was delicious. Thank you both for making our stay in Westport memorable. 2 kiwis would thoroughly recommend.!”

“Excellent 👍”

“Amazing stay!”

“Very good ”

“Beautiful apartment, spotless, private with everything provided and a spectacular view of Croagh Park. Even has two TV's!. Just a 10 minute walk to town using the pedestrian walkway which is a lovely quiet walk. Marta was very warm and welcoming and helpful. She left me a jug of milk which I greatly appreciated . Highly recommended.”

“Very pleasant stay in this Hotel and it has great leisure facilities and great breakfast”

“We stayed for two nights and while the hotel is beautiful, with a great location, pool and sauna facilities, there were a few disappointments. Breakfast on both mornings was poor. The Full Irish was very bland and even the bread didn't seem fresh. Dinner was also average – my €40 steak was smaller than expected and nothing special, while my partner's Seafood Linguini and crab croquettes were disappointing. There was also confusion with our booking because we booked a second night. Cleaning staff were banging on the bedroom door telling us we had to leave and check out on our second day while aLeo our key cards stopped working and had to be reset. The waiter at dinner and the bar staff were excellent, but I found the front desk service a bit mixed. Overall, the hotel has a lot going for it, but the food and some service issues would make me think twice about returning unless there was a very good deal available.”

“Our room was an amazing size , provided comfort for all our family . Staff were so good and supportive . Great a supporting our child diet needs . We will be back very very soon ”

“The room was fine but the bed was like sleeping in a hammock! it was way too soft. Good location as we had a room on the backside of the Inn, it would have been very loud from street noise *Inn located on a busy road) if we were on the front. The owner was fine, the breakfast was good, and the location wrt the proximity to town was great. ”
