“Room was cold and damp. Heating wouldn't stay on meaning it needed to be switched on a number of times during the night and had to use extra duvet. Room was old fashioned and heavily stained including rust in the shower, dirty carpet and countertops. Location is good but I would pay a bit more to stay somewhere better/ warmer/ cleaner in future. Staff were nice and welcoming”

“I traveled solo with my toddler and had a day long layover in Dublin on both ends of my trip. As a person with celiac and multiple food allergies I was exceedingly impressed by the kitchen staff and their ability to accommodate and knowledge of allergies. The room was clean and comfortable and the shuttle service to and from the airport was very useful. There’s a shoppping center just across the street the road and a gas station and two coffee shops in easy walking distance. I would definitely stay here again!”

“The 2 girls at the bar were superb in delivering great customer service. I was 2 hours early for check in and one went to see if room was available and the other girl kept me informed of local bars in the area and the roadworks. The room was clean and bed was very comfy. I went to my room at night and a guy behind the bar provided me with a fork for my takeaway. Definitely recommend, a bit on the pricey side for mid week, but maybe it was because of the football game in croke park that evening.”
