“Good stay.I have stayed at 100's of Hotels through out England ,Wales & Ireland. I thought,especially Jessica was brilliant. After 3 & a Half hours on the Ferry,arriving at Rosclare Harbour at 5.30 in the morning, then a long 4 hour drive to the Hotel,I was shattered. I go to the Hotel pretty early,but she still let me check in early,which I really appreciated. She is a Star, and the rest of the staff,serving food & drinks.Just 1 thing spoiled it.I did asked a person called Darius if she could put my work address on my invoice. I asked 3 times,but up to now it hadn't been done.I won't ask again.”

“Generally very good. One small issue was the shower which was too small for any adult. The curtain rail is positioned at approximately 400mm from the side wall. This could easily be moved to approximately 600mm. Such a small change would greatly improve the stay.”
