“숙박 2일째 되는 날 오전 10시 20분에 하우스키핑 직원이 문을 두드렸습니다. 늦잠을 자고 있었는데, 문을 열지 않아서 들어갔는데 방은 깨끗했습니다. ”

“Our first B/B and it couldn’t have been better. Derrick was an exceptional host and planner and breakfast maker! Lovely quaint but up to date house with all the modern luxuries. The rooms were very well organized and laid out perfectly. Galway city centre is a 15 minute to 30 drive away depending on traffic. private bathrooms are very small but this is to be expected. You may even hear some cows A very welcoming B/B.”

“On arrival the hotel lobby is very impressive and modern, reception very welcoming and friendly, room are very dated, especially the bathrooms. Went to the bar for food and was greeted by the F&B supervisor saying the kitchen is closing in 15 min. Found this extremely strange at approx 4pm that bar food wasn't available at anytime, we were seated and served by the same person , very average service , she had to leave the table and go in and out of the kitchen to ask the chef question, when she delivered the food just drop it on the table and walked away, another server noticed this and came over and ask if we needed anything else. Which we did ordered another drink, then the same person that served us walked out in her normal clothes, as im sure her shift was over, we had to go looking for someone to pay the bill. I would expect better service in a hotel. F&B really let's the hotel down. ”
