“I requested a room with a bath tub, so got moved to a smaller room that had a bath. Unfortunately there wasn't any hot water when I needed it for a hot bath . When I rang reception they didn't know why the water wasn't hot but instead told me the heating was due to come on at 5,30pm . As a result I took a my tepid bath. Since coming home I am have got sick. The second room had stains on the carpet and there was a wet towel inside the bath tub on arrival. Not good . ”
