“4D3N stay. First time on Pulau Weh. Nice resort. Rocky beach. You should have a car to get around or made prior arrangements for a becak (rickshaw) to get around, if you stay here. We walked quite a bit. It was hot but manageable. Only that we were cautioned that wild boars and snakes could show up. Fortunately, our walks were when it was maybe too sunny for the animals to be out. If I stay here again, I’ll definitely rent a car or hire a becak for my entire stay.”

“It’s the most comfortable bungalows I’ve stayed in. I especially like their simple but useful facilities and furnishings which make my living super easy and comfortable. The bed is especially comfortable to sleep in. The meals are the best for me on this island. Food are fresh and well cooked, and generous in giving. Yuyun and Borja are warm-hearted hosts and experienced divers. I suppose my diving experience in Pulau Weh could be better if I had come here earlier for advice…the bay view before the bungalows is beautiful even though there’s no beach. However the water visibility was poor during my stays, snorkeling was not impressive. But I had a lot of fun in diving around the underwater volcano which is quite close to sea gate. Thanks to Yuyun helped arrange this dive for me in fair pricing. The shortcoming is that insects were spotted often. But I think this problem is common and inevitable for all bungalows. In fact I saw fireflies twinkling on the ceiling when I woke up at dark night. Insects are not always bad, sometimes there’s surprise.”

“Familäre Bungalow-Anlage mit einem sehr herzlichen Gastgeber. Nur ein paar Minuten bis zu einem schönen Strand und kleine Restaurants/Warungs in der Nähe. Santi ist super freundlich und organisiert auch Fahrer bzw. was man sonst so braucht. Klimaanlage ist nicht vorhanden, dafür aber Ventilatoren. Das Olala Café daneben hat leckeres, preiswertes Essen und mit Alief und Fitri wundervolle Angestellte.”
