“We went to a many other resort in bintan, this is a new hotel so we think of trying out. But to our surprise, there is no free shuttle to lagoi plaza, every transport out of the resort need to pay for taxi. We reach the resort before 11am, we wanted to have early lunch, their food selection was limited before 12noon. We wanted to try the local food but there is no ala carte available until 12pm, end up we went to the recreaction area for ala carte western food, the food is ok but super ex. Our friend toilet was choked on one of the morning, waited a few hrs to get it done, we went for their international buffet for dinner, it was black out a few time and the place was full of smoke until we cannot enjoy the dinner, we ate halfway, we came out. For all this experience, there isnt any compensation for such a reputable hotel. We will not come again.”

“I stayed here whilst on a stopover; the staff were very friendly and quick to respond. The service was truly excellent. The room was very spacious and clean, and the amenities were comprehensive. It will always be my first choice in future if I need to stay overnight.”

“I wouldn't call this value for money, but otherwise it more or less lives up to its 5-star expectation. If I were to think about improvements, I would say perhaps there can be more variety in food. It's a secluded place so everyone is likely to just eat at the hotel.”

“I recently stayed at this resort and overall, I had a pleasant and relaxing experience. I really enjoyed the atmosphere, especially being surrounded by nature and the sea. It was a great place to unwind and get away from the busy city environment. The family villa with a private pool was excellent and very comfortable for a family stay. I especially loved the BBQ, and I was happy that the food menu had good availability for both lunch and dinner. However, there are a few areas that I feel the resort could improve. Considering that the room rates are quite expensive, I expected a little more variety and facilities during my stay. The breakfast selection could be better. Although there were not many guests during the weekdays, I had the same breakfast menu throughout my 5-day stay. Having more variety would make the dining experience more enjoyable, especially for longer stays. I also did not notice or know about any spa facilities available at the resort. It would be helpful if the resort could provide clearer information or promote the spa services to guests. Another suggestion would be to provide bicycles for guests to use, especially for those who may want to go out and buy something nearby. Since Grab is not available at the resort, having bicycles or another convenient transport option would be very useful. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, particularly the peaceful natural surroundings, family villa with pool, and BBQ experience. With some improvements to the breakfast variety, facilities and transportation options, I think the resort could provide an even better experience and better value for the price.”

“Loving the cute cottage here is very quiet and private. Nice and quiet beach thou one thing that makes me fear to swim in the sea is there’s shattered glass in the sea it’s quite dangerous. I booked a small cottage with balcony but happened the toilet bowl clogged and they gave us a free upgrade to a bigger room. That’s a sweet gesture! Would still recommended! ”
