“This hotel was very nice for a couple of nights visiting York. Great location for one of Yorks Park and Rides. Excellent breakfast and staff were very friendly. The rooms are very dated and worn. They were clean though! Also our room was very warm and we couldn't turn the radiator down, reception also said there was nothing they could do. The window did open but only a very small bit. Overall for the price we paid though was well worth it and would stay here again if got a similar deal.”

“Booked via Agoda and wasn’t aware of how small the room would be (mainly because Agoda is terrible to use and has like 10 different versions of four different rooms) - room I booked was a ‘standard double’ now showing as a ‘small double’ on the same site. Other than that, great location and friendly staff ”

“On arrival the porter was very helpful with our luggage and request for an extra bed. The bar staff gave us a warm Yorkshire welcome and are excellent mixologists. We were particularly impressed with Ethan. ”

“Stayed here in October and we loved it so we have returned for another night and it was lovely brake it location is good only ?11 in a taxi to the shambles so you dont need to use your car handy for a night out will definitely be returning this summer ”
