“Staff very very friendly and helpful, food was lovely and the room was really well presented and furnished. Disappointed to be told on arrival the pool and spa was not open due to it being refurbished was the only negative point. Would recommend if you would like to stay fat a very reasonable rate. ”

“I enjoyed my stay here. The room is beautifully decorated and the bed was really comfortable. It's about 20 minute walk to York Minster along a fairly busy road, but the room itself was pretty quiet, even though it was street-facing. . Everything is online from check-in to airconditioning, which is very convenient. I did miss speaking to a human, though. The only staff I saw were staff cleaning rooms at the end of my stay, but they were friendly. ”
