“Stayed for a couple of nights in a delightful room. Check-in was easy, in fact they let us in early. Room was lovely and clean, heating was on, bed was lovely and firm, bathroom was sparkling. Water was lovely and hot for showers. (no bath) Breakfast downstairs in the pub, full English cooked to perfection (continental available). Didn't eat in the pub but on previous occasions food is great. Great selection of drinks, local ales etc. Would stay again as it's only a few minutes away from our friends. ”

“We stayed two nights B&B and enjoyed the food very much. Super quality bfull english breakfast with local butchers sausages and bacon, plus homemade steak and ale pie in the evening that you must try. Alice in the bar and the chef were both so friendly and chatty, Alice gave great local attraction advice. The room was clean and the old pub building fascinating. Very welcoming and we would stay again. ”
