“When we arrived someone helped us to checkin early although it was just to dump our bags it was very helpful. We also had a minor issue and raised this with a staff member / the manager and they resolved this very quickly which we appreciated. Lastly the breakfast had a great selection and they also make you eggs/omlette if required. The staff their were also very helpful especially a lady who's name i have forgoted ”

“I stayed with my 6 year old son recently while attending a football match at Wembley stadium. I booked before I realised this is a small number of rooms above a pub and there would be loud music. I was unable to cancel. I was worried about staying but asked for a quieter room on check in. Although they advised none were particularly quiet, I didn’t hear any noise and we both slept very well. The facilities are pretty basic but the staff were friendly and the room was great for what we needed. ”

“The hotel is situated on a steep slope so avoid going by walk if you have luggage. The checkin was smooth you go to the bar and guys will guide you to the floor. There is no lift available so you need to carry your heavy luggage on your own. The room was big but it was missing amenities like shower gel. Its okay to stay here for a day or two. ”

“Excellent studio with air con ”

“Room was fine. No refrigerator or bottle water supplied (despite being $150 a night ). Significant issues checking in. Hotel hadn’t reservation, but since Agoda failed to pay the hotel, they would not let me check in. I even provided proof of payment, I ultimately paid the reservation and food a complaint with Agoda. Recommend not using third party sites to book a room here. ”
