“Great location just next to Wembley Park station. Room is spacious. Be aware that they don’t provide daily room cleaning unless you request for it every morning in the front desk(they do have a poster saying that but won’t remind you when you check-in). We requested changing the towel and emptying the rubbish bin every morning. The requests were fulfilled except for one day that we still find our rubbish in the room when we return at night and wet towel in the bathroom. Bed sheet was not changed in these 5 nights and don’t think the floor is vacuumed. The bed is comfy. It would be better not using fabric furnitures such as sofa bed and chair if the room is not clean every day as we start to be itchy sitting on the sofa bed or chair so end up sitting on bed. The hotel needs renovation. Poor wifi in the room (basically we can only connect wifi next to the room door only). We can’t even choose to pay for a premium wifi as no connection in the room. Not sure how it works but the heat in aircon won’t let the temperature goes above 17 degree celsius. No matter we set 18 or 20 or 24, the room is still at 17 degree. We can feel the ventilation but not heat. And the aircon would turn off automatically at night. 17 degree is a bit too cold for us. ”
