“Paul was very helpful. Allowing us to park,directions to nearby amenities + event we were going to. Breakfast the next morning was lovely + addition of takeaway for my sleepy 15 yr old, was a lovely touch. Bedroom was immaculate. Would come back in the future and recommend”

“On arrival, there was an issue with our designated room. The management and staff quickly resolved this and our new room was excellent., indeed management provided complimentary first drinks as an apology. The bar and restaurant area is accommodating, with a pleasant vide, great staff engagement and good food and variety of beverages. Overall a very pleasant experience. Will definitely stay there again, particularly when we have early flights from Manchester Airport, with easy motorway access and a drive of only 15-20 minutes to the airport. Thank you. ”

“Welcome surprise. Ideally located, extra clean, all facilities needed including kitchen, restaurants nearby including halal and quick response by remote staff to facilitate entry. Effortless.”

“Clean,tidy and great location for town centre. Hotel is an old bank building and as such has great decorative features. Rooms have been modernised very well. Its just there is no great ambiance about the place. The reception is just a table in sitting room and there was never anyone in the bar/restaurant. If in Warrington again I would probably stay somewhere else. Cheaper options are available ”

“Fab theming of the cabin and it was so warm! We were overdressed with warm winter clothes thinking we would be cold!”

“We had booked a superior room which was meant to have a fridge but it had been removed. Having asked about having one put in it (having paid for it in the price) one was brought to the room the next day. Pool and spa area great although the drinks and food at the bar are overpriced so we go to the local pub, the cat & lion which is a five minute walk away. Spacious rooms and a relaxing vibe at the Park Royal which is what we go there for.”

“Good breakfast although this would be expected at £18 cost, the parking being an extra is not ideal for £5 per night. The room was clean. Although the tv had limited 30 odd satellite channels and no option to log into any smart tv apps in this day and age. ”

“Myself and my partner stayed here for one night on a Saturday, and unfortunately, as there was a wedding taking place throughout this day, 20 odd people congregated at the front door, smoking. Once we passed these guests and entered the hotel reception all you could smell was cigarette smoke. I'm very surprised the staff didn't tell them to move somewhere else but this aside they happily checked us in whilst breathing in all their smoke. Once we arrived at our room, it was very clean and look quite nice. The bed was very comfortable - probably one of the most comfortable i've slept it. The walls between rooms are quite thin, so you do hear other guests however, i would say it's far from the worst hotel i've stayed in and the price was reasonable too. i slept quite well and I'd stay here again but preferably not when there are lots of people smoking at the entrance, as it's not very welcoming.”
