“bar staff excellent. When we check-in the fist reception was very nice and very professional.
When we checked out we meet different reception very rude not professional arogan attitude she is bloody old awful looking both hands full of tatu very rude we were shock that they allowed that kind rude person working there as a reception it take her ages to checked us out. We could tell she not very experienced and uneducated in that kind place she is as a reception absolutely unbelievable. However because of unpleasant rude behaviour from her, we dislike to go there again we travelled 5 hours just to be there. But never again it put us completely off now.
I emailed directly to the manager no reply at all we were completely ignored they should be ashame to employ that awful rude person. Absolutly disgusting behaviour.”
