“Had an excellent two nights, lovely and spotless lodge room, nice breakfast and fantastic leisure facilities. Location is great, so peaceful and quiet, next to no noise pollution apart from the owl at night which was magical. Food in the restaurant was top class and staff was very friendly and efficient.”

“As said in review, a bit pricey, *** for a solo traveller for 1 night in a smallish room in the eaves of the building where bumping your head is a constant danger… Main issue, shower had a bath tap set-up which took forever to get correct, also not much power.. Bonus: Price of juice was reasonable and steak pie/slice was the nicest I have EVER tasted, no mean feat at the age of 54, I’d prob go back just to order that again! 😋👌🏼”
