“Very nicely renovated. Coming from North America we are used to bigger beds and this one was narrow. If anything could be improved Ì would say buy bigger beds.”

“Fabulous hotel, great dinner and breakfast. Views across the fishing harbour. Immaculate newly renovated rooms. Really top class fish, I can’t remember having better starter and then crayfish. Very expensive though; with the remoteness of the location etc we didn’t expect to pay even more than in Inverness. Nonetheless we would definitely go back there, maybe in low season!”

“The accommodation was very comfortable and the breakfast exceptional ”

“Beautiful house, impeccable service and friendly staff. But the Jacuzzi tub in our room had a plug that didn't seal properly and the water pressure was so poor it would have taken 2 hours to fill enough to use. This was a little disappointing but everything else was lovely.”

“Excellent stay, no problem accommodating our well behaved dog. Very friendly staff and outstanding breakfast. Plenty of parking alongside the hotel and all facilities only a few minutes walk away. Ideal NC500 stop.”
