“공조기 고장나 있어 이야기 했더니 방은 바꿔 주었으나 미안하다는 태도 찾아볼 수 없고 기존 방의 키를 체크아웃하고 가져다 줘도 되냐 했더니 강압적인 태도로 당장 가져오라함. 밤에 자는데 옆 숙소인지 어딘지 음악을 크게 틀어놓아서 자다가 깰정도.. 스위치 제대로 작동안하는 것도 많고.. 4성급이 절대 아닌 그냥 여관수준이니 참고..”

“Located in great location as it is only walking distance to Swindon Town Centre but only have 2 very slow elevator and during our stay an elevator was under maintainenced and only one was working. So we need a long time to waiting for the elevator. The breakfast also not have variety of food.”

“The hotel is in a complex with a cinema, cocktail restaurant and tenpin bowling arena. This is handy. It’s also close to Asda superstore with a Costa and pharmacy. The room was spacious and had the basic necessities. The bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Same to the changing rooms in the spa. There was a foul smell and it didn’t look clean. There was a couple that was busy using body wash and exfoliating gloves to exfoliate their skin in the steam room. They did not clean after themselves but just walked out. They also talked of a gentleman that was shaving in the steam room the previous day. While this is not the establishments fault, perhaps some notices not to engage in such activities would be helpful to maintain hygiene of the space. ”
