“A pleasant stay in this hotel, they messed up our booking but resolved it quickly and to my satisfaction. Staff were friendly and room was modern and clean. The hotel is very well located, close to shops restaurants.”

“The hotel is handy for the town and railway station. Good bus service, an hour and half to Brighton. The hotel, beyond the bar and dining areas, needs some TLC. Beds are not very comfortable due to lumpy mattresses, sash windows rattle when it’s windy. There is no lift so it can be difficult to climb stairs, especially if you are elderly. Breakfast is expensive but there are cheaper options nearby. Staff are cheerful and helpful.”
