“Easy to find, excellent communication - 24/7 reception. Room had very large, comfy double bed and I slept well. Plenty of hot water (shower would not suit a large person), shower gel etc. Room and decor somewhat tired, strange padded wallpaper! However if you're not out to hugely impress anyone (I was on my own) this is rather good value, clean, superbly situated for beautiful country walks, happy to return.”

“We stayed for one night - a couple with our adult son. The staff were friendly and welcoming and rooms were good and very clean. The downside was that other clients were very noisy, chatting and shouting in the corridor late at night and early in the morning. Our room was next to a staircase and there was also a lot of noise from people going up and down. Maybe some reminders in the corridors for people to be more respectful of guests who are trying to sleep would help. ”
