“Great stay for the price just a couple of tweaks needed. Location was great for a Preston business trip with a,less than 10 minute ride to the train station. If driving has a parking. Checking in and out was easier with pleasant attention from staff. Quiet didnt see a soul and had a great sleep with fresh bed linen. A newish refurbished modern en suite bathroom. Shower wasn't a power shower but was very hot and adequate. Toilet seemed new but what seemed like some water stains in the bowl could do with attention. Bedroom furniture needs a refresh and some odd marks on the wall needs cleaning. Overall a great stay for the price and will go back .”

“On arrival staff very friendly and informative. Room was lovely and clean and a great set up. Breakfast was an all you can eat style hot/cold food. The fire alarm sounded through the night and staff were amazing to make sure all guests were away from the building and the less able were at a safe distance, wasn't a fire luckily but was good to see how these issues are dealt with. ”

“Solo traveller for one night - the room was with a bathroom - perfectly functional, WiFi, TV, good shower, clean. The walls were a tad thin and my neighbors snoring did make it through my industrial ear plugs but that’s just bad luck. The staff were friendly and accommodating- I had to rush off in the morning so didn’t have the full English, but a buttie and coffee was provided. Takeaway and pubs in walking distance and a taxi from the main station was £6 ”

“Basic accommodation. Large room, clean and warm. No fridge, room phone or safe for valuables. Good breakfast with good selection of cereals and hot food. 15 minute walk to town centre. Supermarket across the road from hotel.”
