“Expected a 4 star accommodation but would rate it 3 star as the room lacked maintenance. However was clean.
With regards to the leisure facilities sauna not working, outdoor hot tub was fab however due to a fall in temperature the steps and decking are were frozen which led to a customer falling and badly injuring themself. There was no warning sign and no staff attending the facilities in the 3 hours we spent there. ”
