“Having stayed many times at anotherplace which was fully booked We stayed at the inn. The room was at the front of the building and the view was perfect the bed was comfy lovely linen and pillows There was a lack of hanging space which for a short stay was manageable We didnt eat at the inn as it was fully booked but the food looked great The breakfast was good . Would stay there again All the staff were spot on ”

“I was late for check-in at 8:00 PM and was unable to check in, leaving me without a place to stay. My planned arrival time was 6:00 PM, but I drove from Cotswolds that day. I didn't account for traffic sufficiently and was significantly late. I had been told that the final check-in time was 8:00 PM. At 6:00 PM, I sent an email informing them that I would be late until 8:30 PM due to traffic. However, I received a very cold response, being told that there would be no staff after 8:00 PM and that I should find another hotel. I rushed down the highway, slightly exceeding the speed limit, and arrived at 8:12 PM, but the parking lot right next to the hotel was chained off, and I received no response despite ringing the intercom and sending emails. My mother, who suffers from severe lower back pain and spinal stenosis and has unstable walking, was stranded without a place to stay in a remote, foreign country, which was extremely difficult. Given this treatment, I felt it was outrageous that they refused a full refund. I do not recommend this hotel. I also have a complaint about Agoda listing such a hotel. From now on, I will have to be more careful when searching for hotels. I will no longer use Agoda.”
